How to choose a used construction machine or vehicle
First of all, you should check the attrition rate of the tiers, which
to some extent is a reflection of how often that machine is used
and whether its ex-owners cherish it or not. If surface of the tiers
is almost flat and there is any angular left, we could say that
the ex-owner of that machine drove it rather often and paid little
attention to it. Also, there should be some problems to that machine.
Secondly, you should watch carefully over the outline, edges of
fender aprons and axles of it by walking around it to make sure
everything is right., including how parts of it is worn and how it is
oxidized; or examine the exhaust pipes to make sure that it is all
right and free from iron mould.
To observe the bottom of that machine and make sure that it is
running well, and if you find that the engine is leaking oil or water,
it means something needs to be replaced, sometimes means it is
going to collapse. Also from the exhaust, we could get that whether
the engine of that machine is in good condition. And pale grey shows
that the engine works very well; blue reveals that its heart is kind of
exhausted; the worst is white which implies that it is on its way to
out of work completely.
Do pay attention to the details to get fully informed that it is absolutely
not one that has had an accident; when you’re choosing one vehicle,
watch over the boarders of its doors and window seals to make sure
that it is not newly painted, of which even a paint dot would let out that
there are unspeakable defects. Check frame’s welding points under
its cover, of which the original ones are smooth and tiny but those incurred
by intentional welding would be rough and out of shape. If you find some
welding points that I have just referred to, do remember to open up carpet
of the cab to ensure you that there is nothing wrong with that vehicle,
namely there has been no accident happened to it, if not, there would be
more severe injury to its engine and would leave over some water stains.
